A. Information You Provide to Us:

• Account Information: When you sign in (e.g., via Google or Apple Sign-In), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
• User Content: We collect the images you upload for the sole purpose of generating videos.
• Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect information from those communications.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage Data & Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer to collect information about your interactions with the App, such as features used, buttons clicked, and time spent.
• Device Information: We may collect basic information about your device, such as its model, operating system version, and system language.
• Push Notification Token: If you grant permission, we collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you notifications about your video task status.

C. Information from Third Parties:

• Purchase Information: When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, the transaction is handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive transaction details (like purchase ID, timestamp, and product ID) to credit your account but do not receive or store your sensitive payment information (e.g., credit card number).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services, including generating your AI videos.
• Manage your account, process your in-app purchases, and update your Token or Subscription balance.
• Communicate with you, including sending push notifications about your video status and responding to your support requests.
• Ensure the safety and security of our App.
• Analyze usage and attribution to understand how users discover our App and improve our services.

3. User Tracking and IDFA Policy

We do not track your activity across third-party websites or applications for targeted advertising, nor do we sell your data to data brokers. On Apple platforms (iOS/macOS), we do not access or collect Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

4. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We are committed to minimizing data retention.

• Uploaded Images: Your source images are stored temporarily on secure servers for video generation and are permanently deleted immediately after the generation process is complete.
• Generated Videos: Your completed videos are stored for 24 hours to allow you time to download them. After 24 hours, they are permanently and irretrievably deleted from our servers.
• Account Information: Your user profile, task history, and purchase history are retained as long as your account is active to provide you with a consistent service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information with the following service providers to operate our App:

• Third-Party AI Generation Partners: We securely send your uploaded images and text prompts to specialized third-party AI generation networks solely for the purpose of generating the requested video.
• Cloud & Processing Providers: (e.g., Google Cloud, Backblaze B2) These services provide the necessary infrastructure to process your images and temporarily host the generated videos.
• Payment Processors: (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) Handles all in-app purchase and subscription transactions securely.
• App Infrastructure Services: (Google Firebase) Provides core functionalities like authentication, database (Firestore), and push notifications.
• Attribution and Performance Analytics: (AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics) Helps us analyze how users find the app and optimize our installations. Advertising ID collection is disabled on Apple platforms.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your information.

• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the app via the Profile screen, or by contacting us at mail.imotion.ai@gmail.com.
• Push Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications for the App through your device's settings at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any modification indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
